All customers automatically receive our quarterly newsletter which is full of interesting and useful articles, and our biannual RedAssure forums are a good chance to meet with others who use our services as well as giving you the opportunity to chat with a member of our team.
To ensure we are providing the best service possible, at all times, we survey all of our customers each year to understand what they think about the quality of the service, and whether there are anyways in which we can improve.
