We build a strong relationship with our customers from the beginning. On contacting us we arrange a FREE no obligation visit to talk to you about what you want and how we can help. This visit is a chance for a member of our team to get to know you, how you’re doing and what your needs are.


Unlike some providers we will not try to sell you a range of items that you don’t need. As part of Worthing Homes, a registered charity, our sole aim is to provide you with the telecare solution that suits you and more importantly fits with your lifestyle.


When the member of our team visits they will be able to connect you that day if you wish, or they can leave you to think about whether this is the service for you; you make the decisions, you’re in control!


We offer a rental free period of 13 weeks to all of our new customers. This gives you the time to get to know the systems you have chosen and how they operate. We will contact or visit you during this period, on a few occasions, to ensure that the system is working well and that you are getting on well with the new technology. It is also an opportunity for you to ask us any questions about the system or the service.
