If it ain't broke, don't fix it!

I pressed my red button after a fall. The speed with which it was attended to was wonderful. It was like the calvary had arrived.

The reassurance of having means of communication available if required is priceless.

I have had to press my red button on many occasions - each time without fail, they have been absolutley marvellous-I cannot thank them enough.
