We sit in the very heart of the community – supporting individuals by offering more than just telecare. Our customers are part of our team – guiding and contributing to our ambition to continually improve what we do and the way we do it. Although we harness the very latest technology to support our customers, it’s not the equipment that makes the difference. It’s the people.
We understand that part of what our customers need, especially when they’re feeling vulnerable and alone, is a team that understands their specific concerns, knows the neighbourhood and offers ‘on the ground’ reassurance. We are the only team in the Adur and Arun area completely dedicated to providing local people with a personalised telecare service.
Customer and Community Involvement
We are continually assessing new telecare products and services, as well as reviewing our current performance against key performance indicators (currently all on or above target). This means that when we make an assessment of a customer’s needs, we can recommend the most up to date and proven technologies and be completely confident that they are effective. The RedAssure care team also carry out annual customer surveys and host forum sessions where users can feedback their views and ideas.
Our quarterly newsletters give our customer a chance to become more involved and we frequently run items that ask customers for additional feedback. We also offer members of the local community and community groups a chance to become a ‘Friend of RedAssure’, which enables them to keep up to date with our news by receiving our quarterly newsletter. See the ‘contact us’ section for information of how to sign up for our newsletter.
We pride ourselves on being involved in our local community and throughout the year we take part in as many indoor and outdoor charity events as we can. We firmly believe that we should have a ‘presence’ in the local area so that our customers are aware of our services and are familiar with us.
Our team also spend time giving presentations and demonstrations to local community groups and health care professionals, so that we can deliver important information about our services and explain how they can enhance and support your lifestyle no matter what the circumstances are.
