Telecare is a service which 1.75 million people rely on in the UK, providing them with independence and peace of mind, as it means there is always someone to help them in times of difficulty 24 hours a day 365 days of the year.
RedAssure has been providing telecare for over 25 years. We are a local telecare provider, and part of a non-profit making organisation, covering the Worthing area from Portslade through to Bognor.
Our services are easy to access and our focus is on providing you with a high quality service from the moment you contact us and throughout the time you stay with us.
We were the first organisation to be fully accredited by the Telecare Services Association; and are part of the West Sussex Telecare group of agencies.
We are pleased to be able to offer a 13 week free rental to all new customers.
To help people understand how telecare could help them the ‘Independent for longer’ website has been developed as an awareness tool that showcases real-life examples of technology enabled care services through the eyes of individual service users.

RedAssure’s focus is on providing you with a high quality service from the moment you contact us and throughout the time you stay with us!
Our relationship with you is very important so we offer people several ways to get in touch with us. You can contact us about our services or products either by telephone, email, or by popping into our offices in Worthing. All customers automatically receive our quarterly Newsletter which is full of interesting and useful articles, and our biannual RedAssure forums are a good chance to meet with others who use our services as well as giving you the opportunity to chat with a member of our team.
To ensure we are providing the best service possible, at all times, we survey all of our customers each year to understand what they think about the quality of the service, and whether there are anyways in which we can improve.
We offer a responsive service which our customers say they like!
We build a strong relationship with our customers from the beginning. On contacting us we arrange a FREE no obligation visit to talk to you about what you want and how we can help. This visit is a chance for a member of our team to get to know you, how you’re doing and what your needs are.
Unlike some providers we will not try to sell you a range of items that you don’t need. As part of Worthing Homes, a registered charity, our sole aim is to provide you with the telecare solution that suits you and more importantly fits with your lifestyle.
When the member of our team visits they will be able to connect you that day if you wish, or they can leave you to think about whether this is the service for you; you make the decisions, you’re in control!
We offer a rental free period of 13 weeks to all of our new customers. This gives you the time to get to know the systems you have chosen and how they operate. We will contact or visit you during this period, on a few occasions, to ensure that the system is working well and that you are getting on well with the new technology. It is also an opportunity for you to ask us any questions about the system or the service.
Depending on the level of service you choose we aim to provide the support you need when you need it. As customers of RedAssure you are valued by us and we work hard to ensure that you get the service you pay for from us.
